Dhiraj Rattan

Dhiraj serves as the CIO of the Consumer Bank and Head of Enterprise Product Engineering, leading engineering, strategy, delivery, and platforms that serve our colleagues, clients, and customers every day.

Dhiraj has been with Citizens for over 4 years and during this time has participated in the roll out of the Modern Operating Model and Next Generation Technology, both of which have dramatically improved our ability to deliver features faster, while driving innovation and modernization of the CFG Technology ecosystem.

Dhiraj is an engineer at his core and continues to learn about emerging technology trends, with quantum computing, modern architectures and development frameworks capturing his interest at this time. Dhiraj is based out of Westwood, MA, and lives in Phoenix, AZ.
